Mein Schiff pool deck music performance with audience

As part of our long-standing collaboration with TUI Cruises, the PROTONES team enthusiastically took over the technical support of the MeerBeats event cruise on board Mein Schiff 7. This event offered a unique opportunity to contribute our expertise in event technology on the high seas and to support several top-class performances. The artists we supported at this event included Die Fantastischen Vier, Fünf Sterne deluxe, Flying Steps, DJ Thomilla, Benni Stark, Andrea Berg and many more.

The PROTONES team expanded the pool deck system with powerful lighting and sound technology to make the events even more unforgettable. PROTONES also installed an additional stage in the Sports Arena on Mein Schiff 7 to create more space for performances. In addition, the PROTONES team took over the complete technical support of the guest productions. This included not only supervising the performances on the pool deck, but also supporting the Andrea Berg production in Mein Schiff 7's theater, as well as supervising other artists and productions.

From the start of the trip in Warnemünde to the end of the event cruise in Hamburg, the PROTONES team not only provided the extensive technical equipment, but also took care of all front-of-house (FOH) systems. This included both the lighting operation with a GrandMA3 light and the monitor support, as well as the technical implementation of video content with Resolume Arena. We relied on proven, high-quality brands such as L-Acoustics, Roxx, Elation, Yamaha, MA Lighting and Resolume to deliver first-class sound and lighting effects that made the Event Cruise an unforgettable experience.
