That's your job

As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your project. In this role, you will serve as the point of contact between our clients and PROTONES. You will be responsible for the operational planning, management, and monitoring of the project in accordance with established project management methodologies. PROTONES entrusts you with defining milestones, scheduling, updating the project plan, and preparing project status reports. In addition to budget responsibility and cost monitoring, you will be responsible for ensuring the project’s financial success.

What you need to bring

• A successfully completed vocational training program or college degree, along with several years of professional experience in project management within the media and event technology sector, ideally in the maritime industry
• Good to very good knowledge of business administration and computer systems
• Proper handling of current regulations related to public procurement
• Strong assertiveness and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial Spirit
• Commitment and a strong focus on execution
• Willingness to travel and fluency in German, as well as good to very good written and spoken English
