Systems Construction Manager (m/f/d)

As a Site Manager (m/f/d), you will be the primary point of contact for our clients on-site at our diverse construction sites, both on land and at sea. In this role, you will represent PROTONES GmbH & Co. KG while also playing a key role within your team.

You will be responsible for organizing site preparation and overseeing the operational implementation of the construction project in collaboration with our technicians and installers. With your knowledge and expertise, you will serve as the technical lead within the team.

At the same time, you will work closely with the respective project management team to ensure that the construction project is completed successfully. As part of this, you will ensure workplace safety on the construction sites, assign tasks, and, in consultation with project management, ensure that obstacles and challenges are addressed appropriately.

What you need to bring

• A successfully completed apprenticeship with several years of
  professional experience in the project business within the field of media and event technology
• Good to very good knowledge of standard construction site regulations and electrical engineering
• Experience in operational project management
• Commitment and a strong focus on execution
• Willingness to travel frequently and fluency in German, as well as good to very good written and spoken English
