Strategic and operational responsibility:

You are responsible for the strategic and operational planning, management and monitoring of all projects Target and resource planning:

You are responsible for defining and monitoring departmental targets, resource planning and the further development of the project portfolio.

Reports and analyses:

Preparation of departmental reports and analyses to support the management.

Process optimization:

Development and implementation of best practices, processes and standards to optimize project execution.

Budget and costs:

In addition to budget responsibility and cost monitoring, you will be responsible for ensuring the economic success of the department.

Team leadership: 

You promote the continuous development of your team and support them in achieving their goals.

Customer satisfaction:

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and timely project implementation.

Promotion of innovation:

Initiating and promoting innovation projects to continuously improve our services.

What you bring with you

• A successfully completed apprenticeship or degree with several years of professional experience in a managerial role in the project business in the field of media technology and event technology.
• Very good business and IT skills.
• Confident handling of current regulations in connection with public tenders.
• High degree of leadership, assertiveness and negotiating skills.
• Entrepreneurial personality, commitment and strong implementation orientation.
• Experience in leading and motivating a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical issues in an understandable way. Communicate facts in an understandable way.
• Experience in dealing with international projects and intercultural competence.
• Willingness to travel and business fluent German and good to very good written and spoken English skills.
